The Trails, Norman’s Private Golf Club, is a wonderful venue for your special event. Whether you are hosting a birthday party, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception or a special holiday occasion, our professional staff at The Trails can deliver everything you will need for a memorable event. Our dining room comfortably accommodates around 100 guests and can be reserved for up to five hours (2 hours for set-up and 3 hours for the event).
- We will assist you in selecting an appropriate menu and discussing every detail well in advance of your special event.
- We offer a wide variety of menu selections and pricing packages to fit your budget and fulfill your dreams.
- The room rental charge is $300 for members and $600 for non-members.
- A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to book/hold your event date. That $250 is credited to your account if the event is held.
- Food & Beverage purchase minimum of $500 is required.
- A signed “Event Contract” which includes your specific menu selections and pricing, along with the guaranteed number of guests, is completed for all events.
Limited dates and times are available during our primary season April through October.
